| We relocated to Frederick in May 2007. We had no idea about neighborhoods, shopping, events, not to mention finding doctors or a CPA. Working with Tina helped us with all of that. We relied heavily on her knowledge of the area and the current real estate market. She pointed out the good and the bad with every house we looked at, as well as its potential. housing market was nearing the end of its boom, we chose to place our 300 year old home on the market with Long and Foster agent Tina Poss. The
house along with the accompanying property and outbuilding were quite unique and we knew that it was going to take a unique buyer. We also knew that even though the real estate market was on fire around us it was going to take extreme patience while waiting for the right buyer to come along.
Tina Poss and the other members of the Poss Group went above and beyond to market our property by means of numerous open houses, extensive print advertisements, and Tina even showed the property as a result of a yardsale! In the end it took six months to sell our home. During that time Tina was by our side assisting in negotiations, offering advice and
often a shoulder to lean upon. With Tina and the Poss Group assistance we were able to sell our home for close to our asking price and move to
a home which better fit our growing family.
We have recommended Tina Poss to many friends who have needed a qualified real estate agent and if the time came that we required the
assistance of a real estate agent, we would use her once again.
